KRONOS and Epoch video cards support interfaces for 4K/UHD SDI, ASI, HDMI and Video Over IP I/O. Bluefish supply the IngeSTore Server centralised ingest appliance and IngeSTore allowing efficient recording of SDI, HDMI, and 2110/2022 sources, and enabling Edit-While-Record live production workflows in Adobe software.

All Bluefish KRONOS and Epoch video cards run Bluefish’s IngeSTore multi channel acquisition software, supporting Edit-While-Record with Adobe Creative Cloud applications for live production workflows.

Bluefish PCIe video hardware is supported by Adobe professional video applications through the Adobe Mercury Transmit Engine, supporting video I/O from SD to 4K UHD in 12/10/8-bit depth. All Bluefish KRONOS and Epoch video cards run Bluefish’s IngeSTore production and archival software, supporting an Edit-While-Record workflow with Adobe Premiere Pro CC based on the XDCAM and AVC-Intra MXF formats. The BlueCodePack licence is required for the IngeSTore system to write XDCAM and AVC-Intra files which are read natively by Premiere Pro. For Premiere Pro editing systems to access other ‘Growing Files’ recorded by IngeSTore, editors require the BlueRT plug-in for Premiere Pro. Bluefish KRONOS and Epoch video cards support Adobe Creative Cloud for post-production 4K/UHD/2K/HD/SD SDR and HDR workflows up to 4K UHD 60 fps.

Bluefish Adobe-supported workflows are Thunderbolt compatible, and accessible via our 3rd-party expansion chassis partners. Bluefish bundles IngeSTore software on Windows and offers a unique Edit-While-Record (Growing Files) workflow utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro.
